本中心於2020年8月1日起奉教育部核准成立，隸屬本校國際暨跨領域學院。成立目的為豐富校園語文學習環境，強化學生外語專業能力及落實外語學習生活化，以提升學生國際競爭力。

The center was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education on August 1, 2020, and is affiliated to the International College of our school. The purpose of its establishment is to enrich the campus language learning environment, strengthen students' foreign language professional ability and implement foreign language learning for life, so as to enhance students's international competitiveness.
